Put oil in a large skillet and heat. Add garlic and onions and coook until onions are transparent.
Cut up the chicken breast into small fingerling size pieces.
Add the chicken to the garlic/onion and cook stirring frequently, until cooked thoroughly.
Add the frozen vegetables and cook until they vegetables are hot.
Sprinkle the walnuts over the mixture in the skillet and stir well.
Serve over rice or thin noodles.
